"I ate vanilla ice cream with colorful sprinkles over the weekend. I went out to get ice cream. I can’t believe the weather is warmer today!! I want to do something different today. Can’t believe it’s gonna be a beautiful day!! I am enjoying the beautiful weather. I want to eat ice cream on a warmer weather. I want to go some place different today. "Those leaving harsh criticisms should be more considerate when writing reviews. Several of the employees working there are kind kids who are trying their best. Half the complaints are out of their control to begin with. I’ve never had a problem w those serving me & I understand that most of them are teens at their first job. They do not want you to leave unsatisfied or paying an arm for ice cream- they’re just doing what they’re paid to do!!"

"I wish Cold Stone was cheaper, because I’d be there way more often if it was. This is a good location. I wish they could put some more seating outside. Maybe they can get some tables over by the airport side of the parking lot. Great location right across from the best mall in the area!"

"Cold stone is in my top 2 places to get ice cream. They have an unbelievable amount of ice cream to choose from along with many different things to put the ice cream in. They do smoothies and shakes as well. I sometimes even go there in the winter because they stay open. Staff are friendly too so it's always "ice" to meet them too"

"I had a bad incident at this store with an employee that ignored us and refused to acknowledge us for 15 min. However, the owner immediately reached out to remedy the situation that evening. I appreciate his concern for us and how he handled it. Thank you."
